RECIPE
25ml SAIREN Exotic
10ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
15ml Apricot Liqueur
15ml Passionfruit puree
75ml Champagne
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients, other than the champagne, in a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Fine strain into a coupette. Top with the Champagne and finish with a slice of dragon fruit.
