An elegant take on the Mai Tai and Pina Colada mash up.

RECIPE
40ml SAIREN Spices
10ml Dry Curacao
15ml Coco Lopez
20ml Lime juice
2 dash Orange bitters

METHOD
Shake hard with ice & strain into wine glass for an elegant take on the Mai Tai and Pina Coladamash up. Garnish with coconut eclipse and banana leaf for a feel of the tropics.
