RECIPE
50ml SAIREN Exotic
20ml Allspice Dram
25ml Coconut milk
25ml Coco Lopez
15ml Lime juice
1 vanilla pod
60ml Pineapple juice
METHOD
Shake all ingredients, including scraped seeds from the vanilla pod. Strain into a Hurricane glass over cubed ice. Add a crushed ice crown and garnish with a star anise and a pineapple leaf.
